Refund policy

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Items

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately via our contact page.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 7 business days from delivery. Refunds and Exchanges will be processed by us within a reasonable time period. Refunds will be made against the original debit or credit card used. If we reasonably believe the products have been used, we will not be able to exchange these goods or offer you a refund. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such products to you within 28 days of our notification.
You will be responsible for return and exchange delivery costs at all times.
