All parfums are packed and shipped by the team here at Wik & Co., so the upmost care is taken. If you receive anything that is damaged, or simply turns up in an unacceptable manner, please contact us and let us know.
All parfums are shipped out of our Sydney Atelier, and we do our best to pack and fill orders and dispatch them from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of receiving them.
Once the couriers have them it can take between 1 -12 days to arrive depending on you destination.
However, due to courtier delays and the ever evolving situation with COVID19 some orders may be delayed. If this is the case please be patient.
